Courses That I Took at 18/02/2015

     There was not much classes today because our professor is absent. So at 1 PM I took Research. It was self explanatory. He told us that there are two types of research which are qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative is related to opinion,feeling etc. While quantitative is related to measurements,numbers etc. So yeah that was it for today I only had 1 hour so it was fun I gotta say.

Courses That I Took at 16/02/2015

     At 8:00 AM I took CALL 2. We did similar thing like last time which was going to a website,register and using the site. We used Diigo.com which is a research website where yo can save your notes and stuff like.You can also color the text to differentiate between the important text or if there is relation something like that. I might actually use it at some point when I am gonna research. it's neat.

     At 10 AM I took Sociolinguistics. We revised first which took a while like half hour. When I came to the class I was late and the class was so cramped that I couldn't bring chair inside. Fortunately my friend was late too so we told the professor to change the class and he did. We went to the other class which was so much better than the last one and I was lucky to be in first row seat. Unfortunately there was a lot of interruption because we went the other class. our professor was discussing with other professor but it ended which is nice. So yeah after the revision, we took examples of social context like the place, relationship etc. I also took this course at 1 PM which was the same thing we just took but more examples.

     In conclusion CALL 2 sounds fun and interesting and I hope the focus is more on the practical side not that it isn't focused but just hoping and as for Sociolinguistics the way the professor repeat is getting out of control for me I mean he's just saying the same thing over and over but then again if he doesn't do that we might be in trouble I guess I'll let it pass.

Courses That I Took at 11/02/2015

     At 10 AM I took Discourse Analysis and its an interesting subject which you can analyse paragraphs and find meanings behind it. The professor was just introducing it so yeah...it will be practical which is nice.

     At 1 PM I took Research and the professor was really excited for the subject and so do I. I remember that I took a subject with him last term but he wasn't excited for it but either way I learned something from him. Anyway he asked us to write the sources of knowledge on the notebook and after we did it man I thought it was just books and internet but there's more to that like library, documentary, TV etc.

     In conclusion, I think this term is gonna be a lot of fun with the amazing professors and the subjects that has practical stuff in it.

Courses That I Took at 09/02/2015

     I took CALL 2 at 8 am and I waited for like half an hour before we started because our professor was looking for a lab, so after the wait we took the course. It was about Blogger. He talked about the benefits,advantages etc. These information weren't something new but it was cool that i know these stuff. After the theoretical part we went to Blogger and registered there. It didn't take a long time because I had a Google account beforehand.I had Google account years ago when Youtube forced me to register with Google because Google bought Youtube at that time.Anyway, some of the students weren't registered there and that took a while for them to register. Next to me there was my friend who didn't register, I tried to help him but at the end he couldn't post for some reason and it seems to be that most of the students had this problem. I hope this is not a big deal. So in conclusion i hope that the practical part is more than theoretical one because it seems to be easier for me

     Second class I took was Sociolinguistics at 10 am. I took the same exact class last week which was about the headlines of the course. It was really boring because he repeated the same thing for the students that didn't attend last week. The other thing that I didn't like is the schedule for this course is the class after this which is at 1 pm. It would be nice if we can combine this lecture and the other one because at day time you are tired because of what we take in the morning (and also lunch). In the end this course doesn't seem to be bad. It teaches you stuff in life which is good.

     I was in the lab at 9 PM when I was writing this message and all what i was doing was just waiting for everyone to finish but that wasn't the case. They seem to have a problem making a blog and i tried to help them but no go.
